Step 3 — Smart Contract Trigger: When a student crosses the eligibility threshold, blockchain smart contracts automatically execute, deploying capital directly from the unified fund pool to the student's wallet—no human intervention required.

Step 4 — On-Chain Tracking: All performance metrics, disbursements, and impact data are recorded immutably on the blockchain, providing real-time transparency for donors and stakeholders.
